I have a happy personality and a sad soul. Feeling incredibly confident to terribly insecure. Staying alone at this old-school hotel caters to my yo-yo moods, and voila.. I meet a fellow Indonesian. We spend a power outage night chit-chatting with a few hotel guests. What an experience!!! Turns out the housekeeper is also an Indonesian. The lady is kind enough to show me a few rooms in this hotel. Nice reference, if by any means I think of staying in George Town whenever I'm in Penang again.
